Summary：Some dope called Powder Gremlin is everywhere in the city. Undercover cop Poon Yik-fung (Mark Ma) has been mingling with wise guys and eventually brings narcotic chemist Kuen Sai-ho to justice, but the crook only receives a lenient sentence. Yik-fung asks his boss to consider extending the undercover operation with permission to recruit a contingent of undercover policewomen, and the aim is to investigate the mysterious mastermind behind Sai-ho's scheme. Yik-fung selects three pretty female decoys, each with their unique talents: Shum Kai-kei (Kelly Cheung), aka Female Sherlock Holmes; Kong Miu-chi (Jeannie Chan), aka Meticulous and Sharp-witted Martial Arts Expert; and Tung Siu-yue (Yuki Law), aka Ever-changing Walking Encyclopedia. They have to get close to philanthropic businessman Lau Biu (Eddie Kwan) and his wife Bonnie Ka (Maggie Shiu), and the only obstacle is their daughter Lau Po-yee (Yumi Chung). However, Yik-fung has some hidden agenda as he pushes the female decoys to carry out risky tasks.
